Kindle Fire is out!

Just got my Kindle Fire couple days ago and played around with it for a bit. So here’s my thought of the new Kindle, the device is much heavier than I expected, the power/sleep button is on the bottom so it is very easy to accidentally press it when I’m putting it against my lap unlike the iPad.
Interface:
I find the home screen confusing. The cover-flow shows the most recent doc/web/app/media you viewed, I much preferred by icon shelf look. Besides the cover-flow interface, I do like the top navigation and search bar, it’s organize.
Apps:
App is by far my biggest complaint, with no Google Android Market on the Fire. the curated Amazon App store just don’t have much to offer which was a disappointment.
Overall:
The web performance is good, it loads flash. When loading some heavier sites, you will notice some jerky animations / playbacks. It would be nice to have email app like the iPhone/iPad, but at $200 I think it is a fair and expected, just my 2cents.
